Internships

Internship of individuals who passed the courses of appraisers’ basic training.

According to the Law of Ukraine "On the assessment of property, property rights and professional activities in Ukraine" and the Regulations on the training of individuals Expert and Appraisal Company "Dribnych, Novosyol and Partners" conducts internship of individuals who have been trained on the courses of appraisers’ basic training in the International Institute of Business and in other educational institutions of Ukraine.

Requirements to the base of internships:

The base of internships should have a certificate of appraisal activity, or an agreement with the State Property Fund of Ukraine according to the directions in which the individual internship was held. In the case of an internship in the direction: "Evaluation of land" the base of internships can only have a license of the State Land Committee.

Requirements to the head of internship:

The head of internship must have at least two years of practical activity in direction of assessment and specializations, in which an appraiser-trainee was trained. The head of internship should work in the subject of appraisal activity. The head of internship signs assessment reports, which served an intern during the internship and at the end of internship offers the appraiser-trainee a recommendation (positive or negative) of his probation. The head of internship should arrange to perform at least two assessment reports by the appraiser-trainee and design them according to the Regulations on the training of individuals who have been trained by the appraisers’ basic training program.

Requirements for an internship:

In a period of one month the appraiser-trainee should decide on the basis of training. If necessary, the appraiser-trainee can undergo training in several bases of internships, depending on the areas of assessment where the basic training was conducted. The appraiser-trainee must participate in the preparation of at least two reports on the property assessment for those areas and specializations, where his basic training was held.

The appraiser-trainee with his head of internship develop the training program and schedule. The training program can be developed based on the Working Programs of appraisers’ basic training approved by MFI. The appraiser-trainee has to report on implementation of the internship program. In the case of changing of the head of internship or the base of training appraiser-trainee must in writing notify the institution about the reasons of changing.

Organizational design of internship:

After graduation, an individual receives a certificate of training, certification of the appraiser-trainee.

Two weeks before the expiration of probation the appraiser- trainee provides to school where he studied, the following list of documents:

  • list of reports, in the preparation of which the appraiser-trainee participated, certified by the head of internship;
  • one report on the property assessment (the act of assessment) for each specialization of assessment whereby appraiser’s basic training was conducted or the report review (in the case of an internship in government or local authorities), certified by the head of internship;
  • the internship schedule, certified by head of internship;
  • the internship program, certified by head of internship;
  • report on the implementation of the schedule, certified by head of internship;
  • recommendation from the head of internship, also certified by him; intern certificate signed and stamped by the head of internship, stating that the term of internship is held.
